United States – Controversial tech billionaire Elon Musk plans more tours for Donald Trump, the republican presidential candidatein Pennsylvania, a source privy to the preparation said on Monday, adding that the billionaire recently accompanied the former president to the state, as reported by Reuters.
Future Campaign Events Planned
Musk jumped when he arrived on stage to endorse Trump on Saturday evening, speaking at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
It was the first time that Musk, CEO of electric car maker Tesla Inc (TSLA.O) and owner of social media platform X, appeared at a Trump campaign event since he endorsed the former president after an assassination attempt on him on July 13 at the same spot.
The source who requested anonymity noted that Musk’s appearances would refer to his America PAC political action committee.
The Trump campaign was not reached for comment on this piece.
The Pennsylvania Battleground
Both Trump and his Democratic counterpart, the incumbent Vice President Kamala Harris, consider Pennsylvania as the stomping ground for the Nov. 5 election. Trump will be in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, leading two campaign rallies, one in Scranton and another in Reading, as reported by Reuters.
