United States: The billionaire OpenAI Chief Executive Sam Altman and other members of his family have denied allegations that his sister accused him of sexual abuse during the period of 1997-2006, as reported by Reuters.
Ann Altman filed the complaint on Monday at the St. Louis federal court; she stated that abuse happened in Clayton, suburban Missouri when she was three while her brother was 12.
Details of the Allegations
In an interview conducted on January 23, 2008, Altman, who is now 30, informed the court that the abuse consisted of “numerous acts” of rape, sexual assault, molestation, sodomy, and battery until she was around 11 or 12 years of age.

For the alleged torts, she is claiming damages of not less than $75,000, punitive damages, PTSD, SED, mental suffering, and depression.
Altman Family Responds
These are all lies,” said 39-year-old Sam Altman on Tuesday in a post with his mother and two brothers on X.
They also described it as ‘very cumbersome’ to be taking care of Ann Altman, also referred to as Annie, who they said shuns medical help for her mental illness.
“Our family loves Annie and is very concerned about her well-being,” they said. “Annie receives monthly financial support, which we expect to continue for the rest of her life. Despite this, Annie continues to demand more money from us.”
